Product Description

This service includes the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of comprehensive fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, fire suppression systems, and related safety equipment. All work is carried out in full compliance with local fire safety regulations and relevant international standards (e.g., NFPA, BS 5839, BS 12845).

Detailed Description of Services:

1. System Design & Engineering:

   • Assessment of fire risk and site-specific requirements

   • Preparation of detailed fire protection system design, including calculations, drawings, and equipment specifications

   • Integration of fire systems with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Fire Alarm Panels (if applicable)

   • Compliance with local building codes and fire regulations

2. Material Supply:

   • Fire Alarm Systems: Control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, sirens, bells, and emergency lights

   • Fire Sprinkler Systems: Pipes, sprinkler heads (upright, pendant, sidewall), valves, flow switches, and alarms

   • Fire Suppression Systems: CO2, FM200, or wet chemical systems (if required)

   • Fire Extinguishers & Related Equipment: Portable extinguishers, hose reels, and other fire-fighting tools

3. Installation:

   • Fire Alarm Systems: Mounting of detectors, manual call points, and alarms; wiring and integration with control panels

   • Fire Sprinkler Systems: Routing of piping, installation of sprinkler heads, pressure valves, and riser systems

   • Fire Suppression Systems: Installation of nozzles, pipes, cylinders, and control mechanisms

   • All work completed according to code and ensuring the system functions as required in case of fire

4. Testing & Commissioning:

   • System testing to ensure all components are operational (e.g., smoke detectors, sprinkler heads, and fire alarms)

   • Hydrostatic testing for sprinkler systems to check for leaks and proper pressure

   • Functional tests of alarm signaling, emergency power backup systems, and control panels

   • Final commissioning to verify full system integration and performance, including fire drills or simulated fire scenarios
